About Our Client
Our client is a well established organisation based in Bexley, seeking a candidate experienced in absence management on a 12 month FTC to cover mat leave.
Job Description
3. This role will be focused purely on absence management
4. Working with Line managers on absence levels and following through
5. Working with Unions
6. Providing support to employees, and ensuring compliance with regulations
7. Manage leave requests, such as vacation and sick leave.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
8. CIPD qualified or equivalent
9. Previous experience working with Unions
10. Strong experience with absence management
11. Able to work on site in Bexley
12. Immediately available and able to commit to a 12 month FTC
