We are looking for a motivated and driven
Resourcer / Junior Recruitment Resourcer
to join our established Technical & Engineering team at GPW Recruitment.
The Role (training given)
You will:
* Work as part of the resource team and support Recruitment Consultants in sourcing high-quality candidates
* Search job boards, databases, and social media platforms to identify suitable candidates
* Conduct initial candidate screening calls
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical candidates
* Write and post job adverts
* Update and manage our CRM/database system
* Arrange interviews and manage candidate communication
* Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including collecting and verifying right-to-work documentation, maintaining accurate compliance records, tracking candidate eligibility to work, and gathering workers' timesheets ready for payroll.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Is confident speaking to candidates over the phone
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Is self-motivated and target-driven
* Has strong IT skills and attention to detail
* Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
