Field Service Technician
Our client, an international company, a brand that is recognised worldwide for exceptional safety, quality and service and their focus is on protecting people and the environment. They engineer and manufacture safety controls for fuel storage and transport of hazardous liquids.
Main duties, but not limited too & responsibilities:
1. Provide field service support to include preventative and corrective maintenance of Electronic Overfill Prevention, Static Grounding and Vehicle Identification Systems
2. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve customer technical issues via phone and at customer site.
3. Repair where required product warranty returns at facility workshop.
4. Commissioning of new equipment.
5. Respond to customer product inquiries.
6. Repair, test and maintain equipment.
7. Make recommendations to customer maintenance technicians.
8. Assist in providing technical input to customer proposals, projects and presentations.
