Job Description
* The Oracle APEX Developer / Programmer Analyst 3 will be responsible for modernizing financial systems and developing web-based applications using Oracle technologies.
* The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications while ensuring system reliability and performance.
* The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, develop system solutions, and support ongoing system enhancements.
Requirement/Must Have
* Minimum seven years of experience working with Oracle databases including Oracle 11g, 12c, or 18c.
* Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL programming.
* Professional experience developing web-based applications using Oracle as the backend.
* Experience with Oracle APEX development.
* Strong knowledge of HTML and JavaScript or jQuery.
* Experience with software development lifecycle, change management, and testing processes.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience designing and developing complex web-based applications.
* Experience analyzing business requirements and preparing system specifications.
