ServiceNow Product Manager – Technical Product Manager
Join us at Barclays as a Technical Product Manager, where you'll collaborate with product owners and technical teams to deliver the product roadmap using your knowledge of the bank’s technologies. You’ll also oversee the day-to-day running of the team and bring proven product ownership experience to drive success.

Purpose of the role
To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the bank’s internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the bank’s operational, financial, and reputational risk.
Accountabilities
* Knowledge of business areas, products, processes and platforms to be able to assess risk.
* Collaboration with various stakeholders across the bank and business units to improve overall control effectiveness through detailed documentation of control assessments, procedures, and findings.
* Identification and investigation of potential weaknesses and issues within internal controls to promote continuous improvement and risk mitigation aligned to the bank’s control framework, prioritised by the severity to disrupt bank operations.
* Development of reports to communicate key findings from risk assessment including control weaknesses and recommendations to control owners, senior management, and other stakeholders.
* Execution of reviews to determine the effectiveness of the bank’s internal controls framework aligned to established and evolving policies, regulation, and best practice.
* Implementation of adherence to the Barclays Controls Framework and set appropriate methodology of assessing controls against the Controls Framework.

Experience & Qualifications
To be successful as a Technical Product Manager, you should have experience with:
* Experienced Product Owner or Manager for a SaaS or Enterprise Platform with 3‑5 years’ experience operating at this level. Full accountability for budgeting, forecasting and operating and change costs.
* Experience in a GRC/Risk and Control or Chief Security organisation and strong experience of working in a regulated firm.
* Ability to manage key aspects of a Product team – roadmap creation, demand management, stakeholder management.

Additional Valued Skills
* Case Management experience of ServiceNow modules or similar SaaS platform.
* Strong Release Management expertise, ideally using modern pipeline tooling and frameworks.
* Scrum Master/Agile trained and operationally experienced.
