Comfortable leading project design teams with a keen eye for detail the appointed Head of Projects will run a number of R&D projects, appropriately liaising with internal engineering/quality/production/purchasing departments, ranging from minor modifications taking a few weeks to brand new designs taking up to 2 years. Facilitate better communication between departments and liaise with individual departments to ensure adherence to project timescalesHead of Projects - Skills and Experiences - Programme Manager / Project Manager / Electronics / Mechanical / Software* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior project manager role* Experience of leading R&D project teams* Prior experience working for an electronics manufacturing business* Ability to organise and plan.
