We are looking to recruit operatives on behalf of our waste management client based on a large multi business site. You will be required to work as part of a collection teams, collecting cardboard, plastic and paper.
The role will require manual handling and most collection work will be outdoors in all weather conditions. There are no set qualifications for this role, however previous experience in the waste industry / Yard work is desirable. It would also be beneficial to be physically fit, with knowledge of health & safety and use of a compactor & Baler and ideally hold a FLT License. Full training and Induction is provided.
A positive and helpful attitude with good communication skills is essential as you will be representing the on site based waste management company collecting from all current business's on site.
This role is working on a Monday- Friday basis and working hours are 8am - 4.30pm.
