Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and building tools that empower engineering teams? We're looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join a small, agile team supporting Engineering Operations. You’ll take ownership of a JavaScript-based internal tool, enhance reporting capabilities, and help drive data-informed decisions across the business.
Contract Details
* Contract Length: 12 months (with visibility to extend)
* Daily Rate: £350 per day (inside IR35)
* Location: Cambridge (twice per week on-site)
* Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
* Build and optimise data queries and scripts for operational insights.
* Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and data interfaces.
* Collaborate with engineering leaders to deliver accurate and timely data.
* Analyse trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Productise and improve a JavaScript-based internal reporting tool.
* Develop lightweight data applications to support analytics.
* Support data accessibility through Python-based solutions.
