A Fight Data Analyst is required to perform flight data analysis and mandatory flight data maintenance. The Fight Data Analyst is required to join an Avionic Systems Company. The Fight Data Analyst will be responsible for Flight Data Recording FDR and database construction using Teledyne GRAF system. The Fight Data Analyst will also proactively identify and implement changes to improve overall working methods of FDR analysis and prepare clear and concise reports Fight Data Analyst - Key Responsibilities - Flight Data Recording FDR and database construction - Implement changes to improve overall working methods of FDR analysis - Liaise with OEMs and customers as necessary - Prepare clear and concise reports - Look after and maintain the departments personal computers including software updates - Occasionally required to work outside of normal work hours - Occasional travel to other sites/customer premises - Undertake cross - training in other technical areas - Take responsibility for understanding the Standard Operating Procedures Skills Attributes Required for Fight Data Analyst - Thorough knowledge of data transfer - Advanced level MS Office Word/Excel/Access - Good working knowledge of aircraft systems and flying controls - Understanding of CAA, FAA and Aviation Legislation/Authority\'s preferred - Technical degree - ideally, Aerospace or Aviation Engineering - No colour blindness in roles where colour distinction is critical - Non - smoker desirable Security Clearance will be required for this role due to the nature of the Industry
