A welcoming and supportive special needs school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team!
This is afull-time, permanentrole, offering a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive both academically and personally. You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:00.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:
* Previous experience in a similar role - supportingGCSE studentsas well as adiverse range of learnerswith special needs.
* Asupportive, understandingapproach while maintainingclear boundaries.
* Confidence in leadingsmall group sessions, including activities such ascurrent affairs,debate, and other engaging discussions (resources provided).
* Acurrent DBS certificate(required)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
