Advanced Practitioner – Children & Families
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Rate: Up to £39.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert guidance and support to social workers within the team
* Manage complex cases, ensuring high standards of assessment and intervention
* Contribute to service development and best practice initiatives
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard and promote the welfare of children
* Mentor and support less experienced staff, promoting continuous professional development
Requirements:
* Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
* Significant experience in Children & Families services
* Strong knowledge of legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practice
* Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and provide leadership within a team
