Full job description Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm Friday- 8:00am to 4:30pm Every 3rd Saturday 8:00am to 12:00pm Job Description We are currently recruiting Senior Vehicle Technicians to join the busy and well-established Service and MOT Department at our clients main site in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians who take pride in delivering top-quality work and want to be part of a supportive, professional team that values craftsmanship and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out diagnostics, repairs, and servicing on a wide range of vehicles Performing MOT preparation and associated repair work Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time and in line with industry and manufacturer standards Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Service and MOT Department Supporting junior technicians and providing guidance when needed Maintaining accurate records of work completed Contributing to a smooth workflow and excellent customer experience What Were Looking For: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) Proven experience as a vehicle technician Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills A proactive and "can-do" attitude Excellent communication and teamwork abilities High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship A clean driving licence is desirable Whats on Offer: Competitive salary up to £38,000 per year Bonus scheme On-site parking Supportive and professional working environment Career development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to £38,000.00 per year Additional pay: Bonus scheme Benefits: Company pension Free parking On-site parking Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: Automotive diagnostics: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
