Clinic Manager - Private Health Clinic (2 Roles)
Location: Poynton
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) | Permanent | Onsite | Monday – Friday, plus one weekend day per month
About the Opportunity
We are recruiting exclusively for two established private health clinics in Poynton – The Back Clinic (chiropractic specialists) and The Natural Doctor Clinic (specializing in integrative and functional medicine). Both clinics are seeking ambitious, commercially minded Clinic Managers to lead from the front, drive growth, and deliver an exceptional patient experience.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will balance day-to-day management with patient-facing duties and community engagement. You will oversee clinic operations, support the team, and play a key role in sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead from the front, balancing management duties with reception and patient-facing responsibilities.
* Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless patient journey.
* Provide a professional welcome to patients and maintain high service standards.
* Participate in community and marketing events (one weekend day per month, usually Saturday or Sunday) – confidently engaging with the public, handing out flyers, and encouraging new patient bookings.
* Promote treatments, products, and memberships with a focus on conversion and retention.
* Recruit, train, and motivate support staff to deliver excellent service.
* Monitor KPIs, income, and expenditure, working closely with finance.
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, health and safety, and governance standards.
* Support marketing campaigns, community outreach, and clinic growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in clinic, healthcare, or practice management (or similar).
* Strong sales ability and proven closing skills.
* Commercially minded, ambitious, and KPI-driven.
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using clinic management systems (e.g. Jane App, Cliniko, PowerDiary).
* Highly organized with excellent reporting and problem-solving skills.
* Full UK driving license and own car strongly preferred.
* Professional, approachable, and able to represent the clinic positively at all times.
