Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with a flexible option for 12 hours.
We schedule your hours within the provided availability windows and give 3 weeks notice of shifts.
About the role

* Sun 18:00 – 22:00
* Mon 18:00 – 22:00
* Tue 19:00 – 22:00
* Fri 18:00 – 22:00
* Sat 14:00 – 23:00
Responsibilities
* Ensure the van and trays used are clean and tidy.
* Keep the back yard clean, tidy, and clear of rubbish.
* Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
* Load the van as required and check roadworthiness.
* Communicate with customers about changes to their order.
* Take care of products/deliveries as if they were your own.
* Explain to the customer that they will not be charged extra for substitutions.
* Deliver during the customer's time slot.
* Call the customer before arriving if early.
* Call the store/centre if running 30 minutes late.
Qualifications
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
* Warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues.
* Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs.
* Energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations.
* Share ideas with your Manager and colleagues on improvements.
* Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
