Responsibilities
* Support the Site Manager in delivering safe, high-quality, on-time construction projects
* Lead day-to-day site activity, championing health & safety and quality standards
* Coordinate sub-contractors and ensure programmes, plans and regulations are followed
* Maintain a clean, well-presented site that reflects Hill’s commitment to excellence
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers and external partners
Qualifications
* HNC/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in construction
* SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant safety qualifications
* Confident communicator with strong time management and leadership skills
* Knowledge of traditional, RC frame, and timber frame construction
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail
