This is a key frontline role where youll support prospective customers at the very start of their journey, helping to convert online interest into confirmed showroom or virtual appointments.
The Role
As an Online Customer Advisor, you will act as the first human touchpoint for customers engaging with the brand digitally. Youll be responsible for handling inbound enquiries and guiding customers smoothly toward the next stage of their journey.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Responding to customer enquiries via live chat, digital messaging platforms, and telephone
* Understanding customer requirements and matching them with suitable next steps
* Converting enquiries into booked appointments for the wider sales team
* Recording and updating customer details accurately within internal CRM systems
* Delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience across every interaction
* Working closely with sales colleagues to ensure a seamless handover and strong lead conversion
