We are recruiting for a Major Works Supervisor for our Property Services pillar.
Job Description
As a Major Works Supervisor, you will oversee day‑to‑day activities for specific contract workstreams, ensuring work progresses according to plans, schedules and safety standards. You will manage a team of operatives and supply‑chain partners, covering complex repairs, specialist works and legal disrepair cases. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with health & safety
* Assisting with completion of outstanding works
* Supporting schedulers to coordinate projects
* Pre- and post-inspections with clients
* Assisting with compiling costings via SORs
* Liaising with residents
* Overseeing complex case works
* Conducting sign‑off visits and providing handover packs
Qualifications
* Strong IT knowledge
* Experience in voids preferred but not essential
* Experience within the housing sector preferred
