We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and drive sales in our retail environment. Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
* Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
* Manage scheduling and time management to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
* Maintain an organised store environment by ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels.
* Handle administrative tasks such as reporting sales figures, managing budgets, and maintaining records of store performance.
* Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth among staff members.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer interaction.
