* Hands-on experience with IBM DevOps solutions for mainframe, particularly:
* IBM DBB (Dependency Based Build)
* IBM Wazi platform
* Strong proficiency with GitHub and modern source control workflows
* Experience implementing modern CI/CD pipelines for mainframe applications
* Proven experience supporting mainframe modernization initiatives
Preferred Experience
* Leading or contributing to enterprise modernization programs
* Integrating mainframe development with distributed DevOps toolchains
* Working in hybrid environments involving z/OS, cloud platforms, and modern development frameworks
* Experience collaborating with architecture, platform, and transformation teams
