Customer Service Representative – Complaint Handling
6 month contract,
Paying up to £18 per hour,
Based in Bracknell/Hybrid
Responsibilities:
Complaint Management – resolving customer issues relating to billing, invoices, delivery, and collections
Working with the wider business to investigating customers issues and resolving accordingly.
Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce would be an advantage
Adhering to resolving issue within a timely manner
