Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within our hotel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.
Responsibilities
* Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages.
* Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
* Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
* Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality or janitorial experience will be considered an asset.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and team members.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
Experience:
* Hotel Housekeeping: 2 years (preferred)
