What You’ll Be Doing:
* Processing software license and stock orders through multiple CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Generating and delivering timely, precise license keys and entitlement information to sales channels and customers.
* Supporting customers as they enroll in the ANSYS, Inc. Customer Portal, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
* Maintaining high standards for data integrity through diligent CRM checks and robust documentation practices.
* Acting as a liaison between sales, legal, and accounting departments to ensure seamless procedural and policy adherence.
* Providing quality customer service and support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
* Assisting sales personnel with proper order submission and documentation requirements.
* Identifying and implementing workflow improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Participating in departmental projects, including rollout plans for new product deliveries.

What You’ll Need:
* Associate’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant experience in billing, order processing, or customer service.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
* Experience working in database environments, with strong report generation and analytics skills.
* Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a commitment to customer service.
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
* Prior experience with CRM systems; Salesforce, Snowflake, and PowerBI experience preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree and prior experience supporting global customers highly preferred.
