About The Role

As a Mobile Service Engineer, you will travel regularly to different locations to maintain and repair generators ranging from 20KVA to 1250KVA, along with various other equipment. You will provide onsite service to customers, identify and document machine damage, and keep accurate service and maintenance records. Effective communication is essential to keep your Line Manager and customers informed.
You will work alongside colleagues as a great team player, taking pride in your workplace and ensuring high standards are maintained while complying with company procedures and processes.

To succeed as a Mobile Service Engineer, you should have:
* Prior experience in the generator industry or a similar field
* Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues
* Flexibility and self-motivation, with willingness to undertake training and occasional overnight stays
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A customer-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent service
* Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail
* A valid driving license with no more than 6 points
