Hours of Work: Permanent positions, minimum 16 hours per week.

About the Role
As a Social Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred care to older adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas, helping them regain independence in their own homes.
Your Duties Include
Personal care
Meal preparation and basic cooking
Light household tasks
Food shopping
Companionship and emotional support
What We Are Looking For
Full UK driving licence, own car and business insurance (as this is a community‑based role)
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer sponsorship currently)
Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends
Good English communication skills
