Head of Planning - Luxury Property Development | London
Are you a strategic and driven planning professional looking to take the lead in a prestigious property development firm? We're seeking a Head of Planning to join a leading luxury residential developer based in London.
The Role:
As Head of Planning, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of high-end residential developments. You'll be responsible for leading planning strategies, securing permissions for luxury projects, and navigating complex planning frameworks. Working closely with internal teams, architects, and local authorities, you'll ensure developments meet the highest standards of design and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the planning function, overseeing all planning applications and appeals? Develop and execute planning strategies to secure approvals for luxury residential projects? Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants to navigate planning processes? Provide expert advice on planning policies, risks, and opportunities? Work collaboratively with land, design, and development teams to maximize project potential
What We're Looking For:
?? Proven experience in a senior planning role, ideally within high-end residential or mixed-use developments?? Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and London's regulatory framework?? Track record of securing planning approvals for complex projects?? Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills?? MRTPI qualification (or equivalent) preferred
