Job Description We are looking for two Operations Managers (North & South) who will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the Everlast Gyms estate. This role is centred around our core operational pillars: Sales Secondary Spend Fitness Compliance / Training Cost Management You will be accountable for reviewing, challenging, and elevating the processes, standards, and in-gym activity that underpin performance across these pillars. Working closely with Area Managers, gym leadership teams, and Head Office support functions, the Operations Manager ensures that all clubs operate efficiently, safely, and in line with Everlast Gyms’ brand standards, while also ensuring that commercial opportunities are maximised through strong operational execution. Key Responsibilities Standardising Our Operations Drive operational standards across all Everlast Gyms pillars. Review and challenge in-gym processes and key activities to ensure they are effectively supporting commercial performance. Conduct regular gym reviews, operational audits, and compliance checks covering all aspects of the business. Identify gaps in execution and implement clear, actionable improvements to elevate standards and consistency. Support gyms in delivering elevated standards in presentation, cleanliness, safety, and facility management. Influencing processes and day-to-day with standardisation and alignment across the entire estate at front of mind. Hands-On Support & Delivery Work closely with Area Managers to support gyms in delivering operational priorities and resolving operational challenges. Provide hands-on operational support to gyms requiring additional focus, including new openings, gym elevations and performance improvement plans. Ensure operational readiness for new club launches, elevations, and peak periods. Support gyms with best-practice operational processes including facilities management, H&S compliance, and operational workflows. Ensure national initiatives and operational standards are implemented consistently across the region. Ensure follow-up actions from audits and reviews are tracked and delivered consistently. Collaboration with Head Office & Support Functions Building positive contacts and relationships, acting as a key operational link between gyms, Central and Frasers Group Head Office support teams. Data & Operational Insight Analyse PowerBi data across all departments, reviewing trends and highlighting high performers & at-risk gyms requiring immediate intervention, and translating these insights into action plans that you will deliver. Support in enhancing reporting to give greater visibility to gym teams and departments Provide constant, ongoing, structured recommendations to the Head of Operations to support performance improvement.
