The Role

Lead pre-contract reviews and manage commercial risk
*
Work collaboratively with sales, estimating and legal teams
*
Provide technical/commercial input across HVAC, fire protection, fire detection, suppression, LAN based security and sprinkler systems
*
Ensure proposals and contract terms are commercially sound and compliant
What We’re Looking For
*
Strong MEP / Building Services background — essential
*
Experience in HVAC, fire suppression, fire detection, LAN based security, or sprinkler systems
*
Proven Senior QS or Contract Manager experience
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
