We're partnering with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Nuneaton to find a committed Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic full-time, long-term role—ideal for a Psychology graduate seeking hands-on experience before pursuing a PGCE, Educational Psychology, or related postgraduate training.

Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – Your Role:
* Support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Lead 1:1 and small group interventions (academic, emotional, and social)
* Work with children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
* Assist with classroom routines and inclusive teaching strategies
* Promote positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and resilience
* Collaborate with class teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists
* Support with therapeutic and play-based activities throughout the day
Graduate Psychology Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:
* A 2:1 or above in Psychology (or a closely related subject)
* Strong interest in child development and inclusive education
* Previous experience working with children or young people (e.g., in schools, tutoring, youth work, or SEN settings)
* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience
* Energetic, proactive, and passionate about supporting children’s growth
* Career aspirations in teaching, educational psychology, or mental health support
