Central Employment is working with a leading services provider to appoint a B2B Digital Marketing Campaign Executive, joining an established in-house Marketing, Communications, and Events team.
Role overview:
The Digital Marketing Campaign Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive lead generation and membership growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and budgets.
* Managing Google Ads campaigns, including search and display advertising.
* Utilizing Google Tag Manager for setting up triggers, tags, and conversions.
* Reporting on campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.
* Collaborating with teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and data-driven approaches.
* Driving email marketing, SEO, website optimization, and automation efforts.
* Creating targeted content for paid and organic social campaigns, including ads and videos.
* Managing paid and organic social media campaigns via LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, monitoring budgets, KPIs, and ROI.
* Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for lead nurturing and member acquisition, utilizing automation tools.
* Supporting ongoing improvements to the acquisition strategy.
Experience required:
* Proven success in planning and executing B2B multi-channel digital campaigns with measurable ROI.
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other paid media platforms.
* Proficiency with WordPress and content management systems.
* Experience with Google Tag Manager and event tracking setup.
* Strong analytical skills with GA4 and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience with LinkedIn Lead Generation campaigns and audience building.
* Ability to manage relationships across different organizational levels.
* Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions and lead generation strategies.
