Connells Group is looking for an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our William H Brown Northampton’s branch.

Key Responsibilities
9. Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
10. Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
11. Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to customer needs.
12. Guide customers through the mortgage process from application to completion.
13. Deliver excellent customer service while achieving performance targets.
Skills & Experience
14. Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
15. Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment.
16. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
17. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
18. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
