About the Role:
 * Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the National Curriculum to primary-aged pupils
 * Be prepared and ready to work each morning as part of the Guaranteed Work Scheme
 * Receive guaranteed pay for 4 out of every 5 days you are available to work
 * Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
 * Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to support development
 * Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
What We’re Looking For:
 * Early Career Teacher (ECT) or fully qualified Primary Teacher status
 * Full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport (driving is essential)
 * Experience or willingness to work flexibly across different key stages
 * Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies
 * A committed, adaptable, and student-focused approach
 * Excellent communication and teamwork skills
 * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
