You will be joining a fast-paced environment in a production and distribution logistics hub with circa 150 colleagues across warehousing, despatch and production. The business is a growing SME business dedicated to bespoke UK manufacturing based in Derby, Derbyshire. Job Description As a Finance Assistant (Part-time) you will report in to the Finance Manager on a daily basis. You will be responsible for the following areas for responsibility across the Derbyshire site. * Management and accountability for the control of the accounts payable system across numerous sites and various countries. * Control of supplier invoices and overhead invoices to our in-house operating and financial systems. * Resolving supplier invoice disputes via active management and discussion. * Monthly statement reconciliation and cash forecasting. * Manual payment runs within GBP and FX currency (such as USD, EUR, etc.). * Working with internal stakeholders within the operational shipping team to resolve internal queries surrounding costings. ...
