Offer description

* Administrative Asset Management: Submitting procurement requests for office supplies, furniture, appliances, and daily necessities; receiving and managing inventory.
* Daily Operations and Staffing of the Office Area: Including workstation allocation, maintenance and repair of logistical facilities, and environmental sanitation management.
* Enhancing Employee Experience: Including maintenance and improvement of the warehouse work environment and logistical infrastructure. Organizing or assisting with holiday and team-building activities; regularly conducting community activities.
* Expense Management: Developing administrative expense budgets, monthly expense accrual and reconciliation, setting cost reduction targets and plans, and driving their achievement.
* Other miscellaneous tasks and temporary work.

Job Requirements

* Associate's degree or above. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in asset management, park operations, or other administrative roles.
* Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork spirit, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Proficient in office software (such as Excel) and related management tools.
* Fluent in English and Chinese.
