We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in Poole. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone who’s a true jack of all trades and enjoys practical, varied work.
Role Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for keeping our site safe, functional, and looking its best. Tasks will include general maintenance, painting, basic construction work, and heavy lifting. You’ll use a range of hand and power tools to complete repairs and improvements across the premises.
Key Duties
Carry out general maintenance and repair work around the site
Perform painting, basic carpentry, and minor construction tasks
Handle heavy lifting and manual tasks as needed
Use hand and power tools to complete daily jobs safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
About You
Practical, reliable, and physically fit
Confident using hand and power tools
Experience in general maintenance or construction roles
Able to work independently and manage tasks proactively
Health & safety aware
