Teaching Tomorrow is seeking a confident and experienced Cover Supervisor to provide classroom cover in a secondary school in Northampton.
The Role:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences using pre-prepared lesson materials.
* Maintain a calm, positive, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Ensure students remain on task and follow school expectations.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a secondary school setting.
* Strong classroom management and communication skills.
* A professional and adaptable approach.
* A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
