On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Programme Manager for an 18 Month contract based in London. Join us as a Programme Manager: We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to join a major finance transformation programme within a global professional services organisation. This is a large scale financial transformation project, impacting approximately 26,000 employees across the UK. The successful candidate will play a critical role in preparing the organisation for the transformation, ensuring key stakeholders across the business are ready to adopt new processes and technology. What you'll do: Leading change management across three core programme pillars including strategy, execution and organisational readiness. Experience with SAP-enabled finance transformation programmes. Exposure to ERP or planning systems implementations. Designing and delivering the change strategy and adoption approach for the UK deployment. Orchestrating change activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. Engaging senior stakeholders across finance, engagement management, and leadership teams. Working closely with programme leadership to ensure change initiatives align with the wider transformation strategy. Supporting communications, engagement, and training initiatives to drive adoption across the business. Collaborating with global programme teams to ensure consistency with global deployments. Key Accountabilities, Skills & Experience: Proven experience leading change within large-scale finance transformation programmes. Experience working within large multinational organisations. Strong understanding of ERP-driven finance transformation. Experience managing change across complex stakeholder environments. Demonstrated experience across programme initiation, design, implementation, and execution phases. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with senior leadership and finance teams. Ability to manage change impacting large employee populations (20,000 users). Previous experience working in professional services or consulting environments.
