Key Salary & Commission
* £28,000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm, four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

Training
Your journey begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, which includes:
* Purpose‑built training location
* Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
* Day‑to‑day learning led by industry experts
* Fully paid hotel stay during training in Colchester
* Breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided
Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door‑knocking, and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue training and development with close support from a mentor
