Job Overview
We have a great opportunity for a Digital Production Supervisor to join a specialist printing company which services a fun and exciting sector. Our client has gained a first class reputation for its quality of design, manufacture and product development programme.
Responsibilities
* Digital printing mainly on Mimaki machines
* Pad printing, on flat and curved surfaces
* Vinyl Wrapping of small items
* Soft touch branding, using resin
* Stock control of all raw materials (lens, ink and gaskets)
* Attending weekly production meetings, to update the business on current performance and any issues that may be foreseen
* Planning production to ensure customer needs are met
* Quality control
* Graphics manipulation to ensure best printing results
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced, talented & ambitious Production Supervisor currently working in the digital print arena.
The role requires a methodically minded, professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational manufacturing effectiveness.
Applicants must be resident in the UK and have recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
