?? What Youll Do:
As our Clinical Operations Manager, youll lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, ensuring our clinical services run smoothly, safely, and in line with CQC standards. Youll be at the forefront of service development, driving quality improvement, workforce planning, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee clinical service delivery and performance across secure healthcare environments.
* Lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams across multiple locations.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and governance frameworks.
* Manage budgets, service plans, and quality improvement initiatives.
* Build effective relationships with commissioners, stakeholders, and partners.
?? What Were Looking For:
? Registered healthcare professional (NMC/GMC/HCPC)
? Proven operational management experience in healthcare
? Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
? Knowledge of clinical governance, CQC compliance & risk management
? Desirable: experience in secure healthcare, CQC Registered Manager status, or a masters degree.
