Customer Services Adviser - Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Adviser at NFU Mutual’ s agency in Marlborough.

The successful candidates must have the following:
• Ability to multi-task
• Be organised and able to work to deadlines
• Be prompt, reliable and trustworthy
• Excellent communicator both written and verbally
• Problem solver with a pro-active attitude
• Be able to show empathy to customers when needed
• Enjoy working in a team and on your own
Qualifications required:
• Minimum – 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) with Maths and English at Grade C
• Please clearly state all individual qualifications on your application
• Previous insurance experience not required
