Position Details
Our client, a global leader in their field with operations worldwide, is seeking a versatile HR and Learning & Development Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Solihull. This role combines generalist HR duties with Learning & Development support, contributing to daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee wellbeing initiatives at headquarters to promote employee engagement
* Lead payroll processes and support salary reviews and bonuses
* Manage recruitment activities, including job descriptions and interviews
* Handle onboarding, contracts, and right-to-work checks
* Support internal communications and HR documentation
* Assist with performance appraisals
* Serve as first point of contact for employee and stakeholder queries
* Provide technical support for the learning platform
* Assist with reporting to ensure compliance and facilitate training workshops
* Coordinate career development programs
* Create learning resources and branded documents
* Analyze training feedback to improve outcomes
Applicants should have prior HR experience. Exposure to Learning & Development or an interest in this area is desirable but not essential.
