Job Description
Paid Media (Google & Meta)
3. Plan, launch, optimise, and manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Paid Social, and remarketing.
4. Test creative, audiences, bids, and landing pages to maximise ROAS.
5. Collaborate with agencies to drive strategy, execution, and continuous improvement.
Amazon Advertising (AMS & DSP)
6. Manage and optimise Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, and DSP campaigns.
7. Align campaigns with product launches, promotions, and seasonal activity.
8. Analyse performance and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
SEO & Affiliate Support
9. Support SEO strategy to improve organic performance.
10. Optimise the affiliate program to drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition.
11. Identify opportunities to scale acquisition across channels.
Reporting & Analysis
12. Track, analyse, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
13. Use data to optimise channel mix, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
The Successful Applicant
About You:
14. 3-5 years' digital marketing experience, including 2+ years managing paid media (in-house or agency), ideally B2C eCommerce.
15. Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon AMS & DSP.
16. Experience managing agencies to deliver against commercial targets.
17. Knowledge of SEO and affiliate marketing.
18. Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset; able to turn data into actionable insights.
19. Excellent time management and stakeholder communication.
20. Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
21. Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
What's on Offer
22. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
23. Location: Reading-based role with 5 days a week in the office
