Then look no further! Due to planned retirement, we are delighted to offer a rare opportunity to join Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council as our Service Lead - Youth Justice and Youth Support.

We are looking for an innovative and ambitious individual who places children and young people at the centre of everything they do. This aspirational and experienced leader will bring vision, compassion and strategic strength to a high-performing service that is committed to achieving excellent outcomes.

This is a pivotal role within Children’s Services, providing strategic direction across Youth Justice, Integrated Youth Support and wider partnership activity. You will lead committed teams, shape practice and culture, and drive continuous improvement across a service with a clear focus on safeguarding, prevention and positive outcomes for young people.

4. A competitive salary of up to £67,424
