The type of person for Stashed
There is still a strong entrepreneurial mentality required within the business, which requires the right type of person to work here. You will need to be self‑motivated and directed, always thinking on your feet as the business moves quickly. No two days will be the same, and there could be tasks that could be outside of your core skill set where you will need to self‑direct to solve problems and figure out how to make progress.
As a small business, nothing is ever perfect or highly refined (yet). You will be expected to build systems and put in place procedures, operations, documents and software to form the way we conduct business, using your own ideas and initiative. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who gets a buzz from seeing their actions and efforts turn into results, ones who can take responsibility, ownership and accountability.
An uncapped commission based sales scheme will be in place after a probationary period.
