Lead Operations Project Manager
We’re recruiting for a Lead Operations Project Manager to take ownership of multi-site technology rollouts across retail, hospitality, and QSR clients. This is an opportunity to step into a senior position within a growing company that has built a reputation for reliable delivery, customer service, and innovation.
In this role you’ll combine people leadership with hands-on project management, leading a small team of Project Managers and Coordinators while also overseeing key client rollouts.
What you’ll be doing

Leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers and Coordinators, supporting their development and ensuring strong project delivery.

Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multi-site rollouts – including POS, kiosks, payments, and IT infrastructure.
*
Acting as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, building strong and lasting relationships.
*
Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
*
Reporting on progress to senior leadership and clients.
*
Driving improvements in delivery processes, governance, and customer experience.
What we’re looking for
*
Proven experience in a senior Project Manager, Operations Project Manager, or Programme-level role.
*
Strong people management skills – you’ve managed Project Managers, Engineers, or Coordinators.
*
Track record of delivering large-scale deployments or rollouts in retail, hospitality, QSR, or multi-site IT environments.
*
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
*
Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets/resources effectively.
*
Someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable balancing leadership with delivery.
