Administrator £13.75 per hour, Temporary on-going, Ad-Hoc working hours, NP18 Newport, Remote working, Holiday, Pension plus more A global technical manufacturing business who are ever expanding and have recently grown to new heights with the investment of a multi-million pound development are looking for an administrator to join their team. Working within a small department of two, working on a fully remote position, this will see you supporting the wider team with travel coordination, administration duties. The administrator will carry out duties such as : Supporting staff up to senior director level with the coordination of business travel arrangements Communicating effectively to ensure travel is coordinated in line with time frames set Arranging international travel, hotel accommodation and transfers Ensuring all documentation is correct for employees travel Supporting the department manager in general administrative tasks The administrator will have a need to hold : Excellent communication and organisational skills Have the ability to communicate to employee's up to director level Hold administrative skills Be a confident IT user Have the ability to manage your own time and plan effectively This administrator opportunity is a temporary on-going contract which could lead to further opportunity within the business on a long-term basis. Working on a fully remote basis, Ad-hoc basis but ideally would require someone locally to Newport or Bristol areas. Full training will be provided by the line manager. This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as an administrator, business support administrator or customer services administrator.
