Are you a detail-driven finance professional with a passion for property? We are looking for a confident and organised Client Accounts Assistant for a 12-month fixed term contract to join our dynamic team, supporting the financial operations of a diverse property portfolio.
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will manage day-to-day client accounting processes, ensuring funds are reconciled, payments are processed accurately, and financial reports are delivered on time. You will play a key part in maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients by managing financial transactions with precision and professionalism.

Salary: circa £36k + great benefits
Location: Birmingham Hybrid (3 days a week in the office, 2 days WFH)

About you:
To succeed, you will need experience in a finance or accounts environment, ideally within the property sector, along with solid Excel skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes is essential.
