Alexander Steele are working with an established food manufacturing business in South Wales which are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate has experience working in an FMCG environment and has team management skills.
Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and supervise production teams to achieve daily output, quality and efficiency targets.
Plan and coordinate labour, materials and machinery to meet production schedules.
Monitor KPIs (productivity, waste, downtime, quality) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, food safety, and company standards.
Manage performance, conduct training, and handle disciplinary matters where required.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure equipment reliability.

Monday to Friday - 5am-1pm
