The EO Marketing Team’s mission is to deliver a personalised, significant, premium experience to Samsung consumers across a multi-touchpoint ecosystem (website, e-store, social, email, device, app, chat, media) to drive sustainable business growth. We will do this by leading the European strategies which should become the framework of each European market (16 subsidiaries and 31 countries). The team is very hard-working, full of collaborative people and down-to-earth leaders who get stuff done!
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
1. Champion retail development and implementation across all retail channels
2. Plan and develop new retail processes inc insights, operations and marketing
3. Support and participate in companywide strategic projects inc DTC
4. Identifying knowledge gaps and build Retail Playbooks, guidelines and supporting documents - Collaborating with key team members and HQ.
5. Undertake monthly meetings with Subsidiaries, EVO and EDAO
6. Develop mapping and reporting tools with HQ, local Subsidiaries and Brand teams.
7. Driving the full development and planning process from initial concept to final completion
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
8. Experience in Retail Operations or / and Retail Excellence projects
9. Excellent analytical and reporting skills including KPIs metrics
10. Experience in developing training material and Retail Guidelines
11. A well networked individual with strong influencing skills
12. Sound understanding of in store operations and communications
13. The ability to multi-task and handle conflicting deadlines
14. Strong Microsoft Office skills
15. A full driving licence and the flexibility to travel throughout the UK + Europe
What does success look like?
16. Successful implementation of best-in-class operations, retail development, and solutions across European markets
17. Identify key data and find insights regarding the retail operations and KPIs for subsidiaries reporting monthly to the Head of DTC
18. Timely building of key retail guidance, retail development tools, implementation and tracking calendar.
