Payroll Coordinator – 6-Month FTC

Payroll Coordinator
to join a supportive and friendly payroll team on a

Processing monthly payroll for multiple companies, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Managing PAYE/NI payments, reconciliations, and HMRC submissions (RTI).
Handling starters, leavers, and compliance with all payroll documentation.
Administering expense claims in line with HMRC requirements.
Producing P11Ds and P60s within set deadlines.
Ensuring auto-enrolment compliance for all staff.
Managing payroll queries from employees and HMRC.
Supporting the Payroll Manager with wider payroll strategy and objectives.
About you:
We're looking for someone with: Previous experience in payroll.
Strong knowledge of HMRC regulations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and payroll software.
Experience with Dayforce (advantageous, but not essential).
A professional payroll qualification (e.g. Certificate in Payroll Administration, Payroll Technician Certificate, or Diploma in Payroll Management) would be desirable but not essential.
